It's cough syrup like Robitussin or DayQuil or many others. Weezy also mixes it, or at least he used to mix it with codeine which definitely increases its potency lol. If you've ever tried to drink the entire bottle of cough syrup in one sitting, you'll get pretty high. Even half the bottle will make the ground spin a lil bit.
